Email hello@kloudmorph.com from the address you bought with. You do not have to explain, and being able to explain does not get you a better answer. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are also covered by those stores’ own refund processes, which you may use instead if it is faster.

Try it before you pay at all

The free tier never expires and never caps your library, and there is a one-shot 30-day trial of the paid layer that needs no card. Anything you downloaded or configured during a trial survives the trial ending — that is written into the code as an invariant, not left to good behaviour.

If the project stops

This is the honest fear in this category, and the graveyard is real: Tempo went quiet in 2024, Subtracks in 2022, iSub in 2021. People who paid were left holding a client that slowly stopped working.

• · Your licence is permanent and offline-verifiable. It does not phone home, so it cannot be switched off — not by us, and not by our absence.
• · The server is yours, on your hardware, holding your files in ordinary formats. Nothing is locked in a format only we can read.
• · The client speaks the open Subsonic API, so if we vanish you can point any other client on that list at the same server and keep listening.
• · The build log is the early-warning system. A month with no entry and no explanation means something is wrong, and you should read it that way.

The ladder never applies backwards

The server price rises on a published schedule. Whatever rung you bought at is yours permanently, including every update at that tier. We do not re-price people who already paid.
